Report anyone, block anyone, no explanation needed. We review every report and act — warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban depending on severity.

Every member card has a "Report or block" option. Blocking is instant and mutual-invisible — the other person is never told. Reporting sends it to our safety review.
Reports are AI-triaged for severity and pattern, then a human reviews anything serious or ambiguous. We take harassment, safety threats, and underage use extremely seriously.
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech toward another member.
- Sexual content or unwanted advances.
- Fake profiles, impersonation, or bots.
- Being under 18.
- Repeated no-shows without notice (pattern, not a one-off).
- Using GetLunched to solicit money, sell, or scam.
Depending on severity: a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious safety issues (threats, sexual harassment, underage use) result in an immediate permanent ban — no warning.
- Always meet in a public place — we suggest public venues for exactly this reason.
- Tell a friend where you're going.
- Trust your instincts — you can leave, cancel, or report at any point, no explanation owed.
